1. General Provisions
The website lakazbek.com is operated by S.R.L. CRISTINEL POPOV, IDNO 1003603005622, headquartered in Giurgiulești village, Cahul district, Republic of Moldova. These Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between website users and the company, in accordance with Law No. 284 of 22.07.2004 on electronic commerce and Law No. 105 of 13.03.2003 on consumer protection. The company reserves the right to modify these terms at any time, and changes take effect upon publication on the website.

SRL CRISTINEL POPOV collects and processes personal data in accordance with Law No. 133 of 08.07.2011 on personal data protection. 3. Order Registration and Payment
Orders and bookings can be paid online through the Victoriabank payment system using Visa or Mastercard cards. Transactions are secured via the 3D-Secure protocol, ensuring the protection of the buyer's financial data. After payment, the buyer receives an email confirmation with order or booking details. In case a refund is needed, the amount will be returned to the card used for payment within up to 30 business days.

This data is transmitted directly to the Victoriabank payment processor through an encrypted connection and is not stored on our servers.
4. Delivery of Products and Services
Accommodation services are provided at La Kazbek guesthouse, Cahul district, Giurgiulești village, Dunării 28. Check-in: 14:00 - 20:00, Check-out: by 12:00. Products ordered from the online shop are delivered within the Republic of Moldova. Delivery time and cost are specified at the time of order placement. Upon receiving the products, the buyer is required to verify the integrity of the package and compliance with the order.
5. Right of Return
In accordance with Law No. 105-XV of 13.03.2003 on consumer protection, the buyer has the right to return products purchased from the online shop within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt, without stating a reason. Refunds for accommodation services are issued no earlier than 7 days before the check-in date. After this period, paid amounts are non-refundable.
